On Wednesday, October 18, The Northwestern Middle School football team finished the season strong by defeating the Central Wildcats 22-0. The Braves went 8-0 for the sea-son undefeated and were led by a strong defense that only gave up 32 points through eight games. The offense scored a total of 288 points by using a balanced attack of running and passing the ball. “This was a hard working, dedicated group of players. They worked hard all summer and into the fall and just continued to get better every practice and game,” said Coach William Myers, Head Football Coach at NMS.
